| 71-year-old lady who had a previous spinal fusion from L4 to the sacrum and a degenerative scoliosis pitching her spine to the right in the frontal view, and forward in the sagittal (side) view. She had a combined anterior and posterior spinal fusion with a spinal osteotomy to realign her spine in both the frontal and sagittal planes. | |
