| This is a 16-year-old male who had a diagnosis of neurofibromatosis, and a previous anterior as well as posterior spinal fusion. The lumber (lower) portion of his scoliosis progressed with time, leaving him with his spinal column leaning to the left and forward in kyphosis. He underwent a revision posterior spinal fusion with several osteotomies at the apex of his kyphoscoliosis in order to improve his frontal as well as lateral alignment as seen on the postoperative radiographs. | |
