| 12-year-old female with a high-grade isthmic spondylolisthesis (slippage) of the L5 vertebra on the sacrum. This has produced a markedly forward posture as well as a mild scoliosis. This was treated with a posterior L5 reduction and repositioning onto the sacrum being held with a pedicle screw instrumentation and fusion. This has realigned her posture in both views. | |
