Jessie M. is a 20 year old male who had a spinal fusion without instrumentation at age 4 for infantile scoliosis.  He developed a severe three dimensional deformity over the years and was sent to Dr. Lenke for evaluation and surgery.  He underwent several weeks of halo gravity traction to “loosen up his spine” preop and then had a 2-level VCR with osteotomies and posterior spinal fusion with instrumentation.
